Opt In to Receive Important Messages from Your Child's School

Polk County Public Schools’ telephone notification system is called SchoolMessenger.

This system allows us to connect with our parents and guardians by sending school-related messages about things such as upcoming school events and emergency situations.

We need your permission to continue calling you with non-emergency school-related information using our SchoolMessenger system.

To stay connected, we need you to opt-in as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if you do not give us permission, we will no longer be able to use our automated voice dialing system to contact you with non-emergency school-related information.

You can grant permission by filling out the “Voluntary SchoolMessenger Opt-In Consent Form for General Messages” (Spanish) form and submitting this form to your child’s school.
