Polk County Public Schools is excited to welcome Leadership Lakeland Class XXXVIII for Education Day.
Class members will spend Thursday (Feb. 10) touring some of our Lakeland schools and learning about how campuses operate. They will also discover challenges facing the school district and how they can help support students.
Class members will then tour various school sites in Lakeland. They will also participate in a panel discussion with school board members at the Jim Miles Professional Development Center, 4270 Wallace Road in Lakeland. The discussion is scheduled to begin after 4 p.m.
