Polk County Public Schools is offering a one-time opportunity for students currently enrolled at Haines City High to apply for enrollment at Davenport High, which opens in August.

The offer is only available to HCHS students who would be in the ninth, 10th or 11th grade during the upcoming 2021-22 school year.

Enrollment in Davenport High will be limited to 100 HCHS students on a first-come, first-served basis. Parents or legal guardians of eligible HCHS students can apply for enrollment by e-mailing their contact information and student’s name to davenportsenior@polk-fl.net.

If selected, HCHS students must provide their own transportation to attend Davenport High.

PCPS is offering this one-time opportunity to ease capacity at HCHS. Davenport High will also help provide relief to Ridge Community High.
