PCPS Student Devices Available for Summer
Posted on 04/30/2024
Brigham students working with computersPCPS families have another option to prevent summer brain drain.

Students can take their PCPS-issued devices home this summer with family permission. Parents or guardians can opt-in by filling out a form (see link below) and returning it to school by May 15; schools will also have forms available on campus.

Students can use their devices to access free learning resources, including Accelerated Reader, ALEKS, Istation, Redbird Mathematics, Teen Book Cloud and Varsity Tutors. These online resources will be available through July 18.

There is no requirement or expectation for students to take devices home, this is just an option to supplement summer reading and other learning activities.

If families already have device insurance, they will be covered during the summer. Families without device insurance will be responsible for damaged or lost device fees if they opt-in to this program.
