Ridge Community High did an excellent job today hosting an event to promote Florida's Bright Futures scholarship program.
Thanks to Florida Commissioner of Education Manny Diaz, Jr., and Florida Lottery Secretary John Davis for visiting us at RCHS.
The longstanding Bright Futures program has awarded over $8.7 billion to more than 980,000 students for postsecondary education. However, there were an estimated 50,000 eligible students who did not apply for Bright Futures scholarships in the past five years.
