Polk County Public Schools has announced this year’s slate of Mission: Transition events for students of all ages.
Mission: Transition programs are designed to assist students and families as they make the jump from elementary to middle school, and then progress to high school. We also will open applications for Head Start and pre-K programs (including VPK) beginning Monday, March 4.
