It’s time for our next Focused on Excellence winner: PCPS social worker Theron Tucker!
It’s now the fourth year of our Focused on Excellence campaign, which recognizes the hard work and contributions of PCPS employees.
Once again, employees were asked to nominate their colleagues from various departments for a chance to receive some great prizes and be recognized on our communication channels. This is the second group of winners for 2023-24.
Theron is a school social worker with PCPS’ Student Services department.
“What I love the most about my job is the fact that I get to serve students and families that are in need,” he said. “I strive every day to influence change and make a positive difference in the lives of the students that I support. PCPS provides the opportunity for me to do so!”
