It's a Focused on Excellence Friday, and our next winner is ... Rachel McDowell, from the PCPS Recruitment and Teacher Engagement team!
It’s now the fourth year of our Focused on Excellence campaign, which recognizes the hard work and contributions of PCPS employees.
Once again, employees were asked to nominate their colleagues from various departments for a chance to receive some great prizes and be recognized on our communication channels. This is the first group of winners for 2023-24.
Rachel is a personnel assistant with PCPS Recruitment and Teacher Engagement.
"It is an honor and a blessing to provide support for my team members," she said. "They work tirelessly to recruit and encourage the incredible teachers and staff who are impacting children and families all around Polk County."
