Beep, beep! Say hello to our next Focused on Excellence winner: PCPS bus driver Kamyra Farnell!
It’s now the fourth year of our Focused on Excellence campaign, which recognizes the hard work and contributions of PCPS employees.
Once again, employees were asked to nominate their colleagues from various departments for a chance to receive some great prizes and be recognized on our communication channels. This is the second group of winners for 2023-24.
Kamyra is a bus driver for PCPS’ Area 4 zone, and has worked here for 17 years!
“I love working for PCPS, the work-life balance is great. I have an amazing supervisor and awesome co-workers, so that makes any hectic day manageable,” she said. “What I love most about my job is the students I transport; those are my children when they are on bus 2244.”
