Park Trammell was U.S. Senator from 1917 to 1936. He pushed bills and laws to benefit the working man including the Farmer's Relief Law which helped farmers procure government loans. His career included terms as Lakeland mayor, state representative and senator, state attorney general and Florida governor (1913-1917).
