Judge Charles A. Davis Jr., served as county judge, circuit judge and an appellate judge on the Court of Appeals. His law career includes work in private practice and as a public defender. He is also a former Winter Haven city commissioner and mayor. He has also been on the Board of Trustees of Trevecca Nazarene University.
