We hosted an event this morning to commemorate the Scenic Terrace project.
Scenic Terrace is the unofficial name of our new school site in Haines City. The 157,000-square-foot facility was constructed by Building Tomorrow's Schools and is being utilized by PCPS through a long-term lease/purchase agreement.
Scenic Terrace is currently serving as a temporary home for Elbert Elementary , which is undergoing a complete modernization. Once construction is complete at Elbert, PCPS will then transform Scenic Terrace into a traditional K-8 zoned public school, providing more capacity to serve our rapidly growing district.
