Glen Davidson, sales and marketing executive at both the Shaeffer Pen Company and Sun Mark Industries, a Missouri-based candy manufacturer that included Jawbreakers as one of its products. An entrepreneur at heart, Davidson used his experience in the candy industry and returned to Polk County and opened Davidson’s of Dundee, a candy factory. Davidson’s was a popular spot for residents and tourists who visited and watched jams and jellies being made.
