Colonel James E. Baker, Jr. attended the United States Military Academy at West Point where he earned a bachelor's degree in human factors engineering before being commissioned as a Second Lieutenant into the United States Army. He holds a master's from Webster University. Col. Baker's military career includes numerous awards and decorations for his excellence in aviation and outstanding contributions to the Army Aviation community.
